Standard Cost of Computer Maintenance Services*
We tailor the computer maintenance contract to meet your individual business needs. We do phone, email, on-site, and remote assistant support.

Small Business Maintenance up to 4 workstations
For non networked computers and laptops
1 Hour on Site Weekly Service Visit $225 per month
1 Hour on Site Monthly Service Visit $50 per month
Next business day service call response.

Desktop Workstation Maintenance Contracts for up to 10 workstations
For peer-to-peer networked computers
2 Hours on Site Weekly Service Visit $450 per month
2 Hours on Site Monthly Service Visit $100 per month
With 6 Hours response to service call.

Basic Network & Workstation Maintenance Contracts for 1 to 25 workstations
10 Hours on Site Weekly Service Visit $4,500 per month
10 Hours on Site Monthly Service Visit $1,150 per month
With 4 Hours response to service call.
 
Yearly Maintenance/Support/Labor Retainer
50 hours of technical support includes: onsite and remote $2,000
100 hours of technical support includes: onsite and remote $4,000
With 6 Hours response to service call, phone, & email support. Additional hours will be billed $42 per hour.
 
*Cost may vary based on numbers of computers and installed operating systems. Includes free travel time in a 50 mile radius, anything over 51 miles to 100 miles there is a charge of $50.
 
** Maintenance contracts do not include the cost of any parts, cabling, new software, etc. These items will be billed separately from the monthly/weekly/yearly computer or network maintenance contract or Service Plans. W 2 Services Group offers replacement parts from mice to entire networks and everything in between.
